Nadgele Zephir is an organizational development strategist, executive coach, and the creator of the BRIDGE Framework™, a neuroscience-informed leadership development methodology grounded in heart-brain coherence science. She serves as the lead consultant of the firm.

With over 18 years of experience, she has worked with executives, institutions, and corporate teams across North America, the Caribbean, and West and Central Africa, navigating complex transitions, leadership pipeline challenges, and organizational performance demands.

Nadgele holds an M.A. in Leadership and Organizational Development from Fielding Graduate University, and is a HeartMath Certified Coach.

Cassandre Lafontant Adé is an HR strategy and leadership consultant with over 18 years of experience supporting national and international organizations. She plays an advisory role within the firm.

Her career has taken her to work in Canada, France, and several European countries, where she now supports organizations based in France, Germany, Spain, Belgium, and the Netherlands. She helps leaders make the right decisions about their human capital: attracting talent, developing leaders, structuring HR practices, mitigating risk, and leading change.

Her expertise spans manager coaching, change management, mediation, leadership development, talent management, and organizational transformation, with an approach that is strategic, human, and resolutely results-driven.

She holds a graduate diploma in Human Resources Management from McGill University.
